Thank you for shopping with Cardifacts. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders purchased through our online store.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time may be longer during:

-Major trading card game releases

-Promotional events

-Holidays

-High-volume sales periods

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods

Cardifacts ships orders using major carriers such as:

-USPS

-FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

-package weight

-shipping destination

-selected delivery speed

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Cardifacts currently ships throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


4. International Shipping

Cardifacts may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

-customs duties

-import taxes

-brokerage fees

-any additional charges imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing.


5. Packaging

Cardifacts takes care to package collectibles securely.

Typical packaging practices include:

-penny sleeves and top loaders for single cards

-team bags and protective sleeves

-bubble mailers or padded envelopes

-reinforced boxes for sealed products

-packing materials to prevent movement during transit

While we take great care in packaging, minor damage to outer packaging (such as sealed product shrink wrap or box corners) may occur during shipping.


6. Shipping Insurance

Certain high-value orders may include shipping insurance at Cardifacts’ discretion.

Customers may also have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout.

Cardifacts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, though we will assist customers in filing claims when possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Cardifacts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

-the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located:

-Check with household members or neighbors.

-Contact the shipping carrier.

-Contact Cardifacts for assistance and ensure you have all information provided by the shipping carrier including case number.

Cardifacts is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will assist customers in filing claims where applicable.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

-Contact Cardifacts within 48 hours of delivery.

-Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items.

-Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


10. Preorder Shipping

Preorder items will ship on or after the official product release date.

If an order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping is selected.

Release dates may change due to delays from manufacturers such as:

-The Pokémon Company

-Wizards of the Coast

-Topps

-Bandai

-Panini

-Ravensburger

Cardifacts is not responsible for manufacturer release date changes.


11. Shipping Restrictions

Cardifacts reserves the right to:

-limit shipping to certain locations

-cancel orders flagged for fraud or abuse

-restrict shipments of certain products based on distribution rules
