Return & Refund Policy

At Cardifacts, we strive to provide a great customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled for purchases made through our online store.


1. General Return Policy

Cardifacts generally accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

-The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

-The item must be unused and in original condition

-The item must include all original packaging

Cardifacts provides free return shipping for approved returns.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


2. Trading Cards

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, additional policies apply.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues such as:

-damage

-incorrect items

-other order issues

Returns or refunds for trading card products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be reviewed.

Important Notes

Because trading card products are collectibles and often sealed by manufacturers, opened products may not be eligible for return.

Examples include:

-opened booster packs

-opened booster boxes

-opened sealed cases

This policy helps maintain fairness for all customers and protects product integrity.

3. Non-Trading Card Items

For non-trading card merchandise (such as accessories, supplies, or other collectibles):

You may return your items within 14 calendar days from the date you ordered them.

Requirements:

-Items must be returned in a box

-Items must be in original condition

-Items must include original packaging

Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

4. Free Return Shipping

Cardifacts provides free return shipping for approved returns.

Customers will receive:

-a prepaid return shipping label via email (which they must print and adhere to the package to be returned)

-instructions for returning the item via email

Returns shipped without approval may not be accepted.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

-refunds will be issued to the original payment method

-the 20% restocking fee will be deducted

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


6. Exchanges

Cardifacts does not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

-Return the original item

-Place a new order


7. No Final Sale Items

Cardifacts does not designate any products as final sale.

All items may be eligible for return in accordance with this policy and the applicable return window.
